Blushing is typically a good sign that she likes you. Either that or she is REALLY REALLY shy. I know that I blush really badly when I am around a guy that I like, especially when he is talking to me, but I don't usually blush the whole time. Just for a minute at the beginning, and then if he hugs me or gives me a compliment, I always blush. So, there's a pretty good chance she likes you.
She may have either been embarrassed or just really shy, but I can tell she likes you. She may have even just started liking you if she JUST started blushing and she's never blushed before. So, she probably JUST started liking you.
