What does it mean when a girl casually pinches your cheeks?

We sit across from each other in class ( the students are placed in pairs), and someone else told a joke. I started laughing a little bit, and next thing I know, she just casually pinched my cheeks (face). I thought it was strange at first but didn't really mind since it did not hurt (just soft pinches). Also, she was biting her lips, like a child, the entire time she was pinching and squeezing my cheeks. I've never seen her do this to anyone else (boy nor girl) and I actually haven't even seen a girl doing this yet. And she always points out that I have chubby cheeks (as if I didn't already know) and said I'm cute (I don't think so.)
