being a guitarist myself, I just found this girl who I found out, plays the guitar and saxophone. for me this is great cos it gives me a way to make conversation with her easily and there's always the possiblity of jamming with her sometime. so on the whole, girls who play music just seem more interesting. =P

If its a guitar, piano, or violin I would consider proposing but only because you would enjoy music and I assume from your pic you are into anime, and by that logic we would get along just fine.

I do cosplay. I have been everything from Ciel Phantomhive to Tifa Lockhart (the Advent Children version). This year will include Miku, Seth Nightroad (manga version), and Sailor Moon.

I play guitar and sing. I write my own stuff too. That's why I'm asking. It seems like the people around me are less attracted once they find out I'm a musician.

I wouldn't say that the average guy would be less attracted , because most people like music . but I think it's an extra attractive feature that makes people more interesting :)

I've got to disagree sir, I find that girls are more attracted to guy musicians than vice versa, this is personal experience!

@AndyTheG - dude I've been playing guitar for 10 years, and piano for 14 years. I've never been laid because of my musical abilities. It's funny because I used to teach some of my buddies how to play and a lot of them said "Oh I wanna get good so I can get chicks." My bandmates and I always look at each other laughing because it's so not true, at least in our experience. Mind you, we do gigs and the whole nine yards.

@eliza517 - you like musicians because you yourself are a musician.

I would be, but that is probably because I come from a very musical family. I can't speak for everyone though, it would be nice to have someone who can play.
