If a girl touches you in these places, is it flirty?

What if she touches your arm in a casual conversation, I mean is there any reason to touch a guys arm unless you're trying to be flirty?

How about a guy's chest, is that flirty if a girl lightly touches the middle of your chest as you two are talking?

How about a guy's hair? Or a guy's face?

I know (as a guy) I keep my hands to myself if I don't want to give the girl the wrong impression. It doesn't take much, just being nice and touching someone, to make them think you like them (in my opinion), so I figure gotta be careful not to lead anyone on.

So which of these are flirty, and how do you touch people you are flirting with?

for arms:

I do it unconsciously. Like my guy friend makes a (kinda mean) joke and naturally, I had to slap his arm playfully. However, I have to say that I really like him as a friend. However, if I find the guy repulsive, I would hate to give him the wrong idea and would control myself.

chest:

definitely flirting. If I don't like you that way, I wouldn't get into such close proximity to touch your chest, would I?

Hair and face:

same as above; definitely flirting.

its flirting but if you like her don't get your hopes up she might be the flirty type, and doesn't think anything of touching you

yeah she was flirting but again it could be a natural reaction could see if she is like that with others
