It happened , a guy I haven't seen in 4 years was like wow you became so hot , and that rack , wow. , I mean I grew ( that's normal I was 13 and now almost 18) I was like seriously , that's the first thing you say after 4 years ?/? what ?!?

It depends on how he comments on your body! I've met few guys who can give a charming compliment about my body without making themselves look and sound like horny, disgusting little pigs. In all honesty, when a guy presents himself as a pig, it takes away the flattering feeling. So yeah, it really is hard to tell when a guy is giving you a compliment from an inncoent place and when he's just another dog who wants to screw you.

If it something like, "I want to motorboat you", then sure, it's just sexual, but if he says, "You've got a great body", "do you workout", "I like your curves", then it could just be him trying to break the ice or paying you a compliment.

I'd say it depends on the circumstances and how he says it, but a good rule of thumb is that he's paying attention to it for a reason. But again, there could be an exception to this rule, however slim it may be :)
