Meeting girls at a dog park?

I've been told a bunch of times by friends that I should take my dog to the dog park to meet girls. But I'm curious about a girls perspective... Does a guy with a cute dog come off more attractive to you? Or is it just an easy ice breaker to meet new people? I'm curious how girls feel about this pick up technique. Lol

i love animals. I'm one of those weird people that actually stop what they're doing to go and pet that random street cat or get excited even to see a pigeon. ha ha

i actually like to meet people's dogs. and I don't even pay attention to the person walking them. I don't know if the dog trick actually works on girls but it doesn't work on me. I hate it when I'm looking at the dogs and the guy thinks I'm checking him out. and if I don't like that, I know. I shouldn't be staring at the dogs but I just can't help it. animals are so awesome. especially if someone is walking their cat. oh I love seeing that :D

If you want to pick up on animal lover type girls, it should work if you want them to approach you not you approach them. Especially if you're a mega cutie and the dog doesn't drool too much (hopefully the guy doesn't either). It is an easy ice breaker, because I would be able to come up to you to ask to pet your dog and a conversation builds off that. It also shows a guys sensitive side, so I hope you're not faking it hahaha

a cute with a guy dog is always a plus but a guy who gets down and interacts with dogs and loves on them, that's what gets me.

its a great way to meet people, I go all the time, but the bottom line for me, if they don't love MY dogs, then it doesn't matter much about anything else. if I am gonna date a guy, my dogs must love him and vise versa

I think it's a good idea. Maybe you can train your dog to trip over another girl's dog like in 101 Dalmations! lol =)

ummm...that's a good idea! there are attractive girls there sometimes and hardly any hot guys... snatch them up!:D
