It all depends on the situation. Like if I was walking with her, or in class with her there is no chance I would flirt with other girls. However, if I was at a house party and there were other attractive girls there I would flirt around a bit. I would definitely focus on her, but I would still spread it around so I don't accidentally overwhelm her or so it doesn't come off as fairly obvious that I really like her.

Guys, just a of advice, if you go out of your way to flirt with others when you're around your crush, they're never going to go for you. Mature women with half a brain hate playing games.
Of course they'll flirt they're still single. Just because a girl has a crush on them doesn't mean that they have to stop living their life for her.

Why is there no "I don't flirt with girls regardless if she's around" >.>
Hell no, only a**holes do that. I would hate it if my girlfriend was all over some other guy whether I'm there or not, so I would never be all over another girl since I'm committed to her. I don't have an eye for anyone else when I'm in a real relationship.
Why would I focus all my attention on one girl? I myself flirt with any attractive female that I engaged in conversation.
