Guys, do you brush up against girls you're attracted to?

I work with this man & the last two days he has "accidently" brushed my arm with his, and again the following day he brushed against my hip with his hand. He didn't apologise when he did it. We work in a confined space but he's never done this before. Also, he keeps hanging around to talk to me.
