If yes, where should the guy put his arms? Around your waste or over your shoulders? (bear in mind that hugging a girl over her shoulders from behind may result in accidental boob touching, is that ok?)

Don't ruin the hug by letting horniness make it just look like you only wanted the hug so you could touch her sexually. yes yes yes! I love it lol. either one is fine for me, my guy is a lot taller so he can go around my shoulders without knocking my head, and if you just wrap around the shoulders you don't have to run the risk of boob touching. But I personally, kinda like around the waist better

I love hugging my girl around her shoulders, but that's the easiest thing to do because she's nearly a foot shorter than me. It's harder to hug around the waist, so normally I end up hugging around her stomach instead. Either way, I like to hold her from behind and kiss her on her shoulder/neck.

Yeah I love it! Around the waist is preferred, since my boyfriend is only a little taller than me (that would make around the shoulders a little more awkward). I love when he slides his arms around me from behind and then rests his chin on my shoulder. Doesn't matter where we are either =)

I'm a man of ethic and class. I'm not one of those guys who tries to cup-and-feel at any available chance. Nothing would be worse than getting in an awkward confrontation when a woman thinks I'm sexually harassing her. Hence why I ask that question and how forgiving a woman would be if her boobs accidentally got touched when the couple is not ready for intimacy.
