Is a girl flirting with you if she lightly squeezes your wrist when you are leaving

Here is the story: my dad had a real estate agent coming over to look at my grandma's house. He said I should come over too. So I went over a little later. We met each other and all three of us talked for awhile. She smiled at me a few times during conversation. Then left. Five months later, dad, my older sister, and I went to the lawyer who she works for to finish the sale. I never spoke to her directly when we were there, but when we were leaving and I was the last one going out the door. She said happy new year and take care. I kind of turned back but did not look at her and said the same. But as I turned to leave, she said bye and grabbed my wrist and lightly squeezed it. I am attracted to her, but did not get to watch for any other bodily signs since I was not involved very much. Was she flirting or being friendly? Should I contact her? If so, what should I say? I am not sure if she grabbed my arm and then said bye or said bye and and grabbed my arm. Maybe its the same either way. Just trying to be exact. I am usually not the guy that girls are trying to get the attention of!
