How can I show him I'm different than the other girls?

There's a cute boy at my job and I think he flirts with a lot of the girls there.. but I'm a lot different than the average girl, I'm really witty and weird and individual. I just don't know how to give him something to chase, while talking to him, and trying to catch his attention? I'm also a bit shy with guys I'm into so what can I do to show him I'm not just another teeny bopper for him to flirt with for fun?

what makes you so not average? don't be so quick to say you're different. why would someone go out of their way to get a weird girl? lol

i didn't say I'm weird, I said I was different and unique, or I have a different personality. most girls I talk to are really bubbly and kind of fake, whereas I'm a lot more real with the things I say, I'm a bit shy, I only let a few people in, I like to talk about interesting topics and not judge people or complain (lots of girls do this).. I'm just a lot more laidback and have a lot more individuality and confidence and humor than girls around me. Can you please answer the question I asked?
