Do you ever get hot flashes around your crush?

Does anyone else get hot flashes when they get around that one person you really like? If so what do you do about it cause I'm having trouble trying to keep myself from doing something stupid

If its my eyecandy crush then yes, I get hot flashes. But if its my guy friend crush then nope, I keep it cool. ;) I usually have a fan with me so I fan it off and get some fresh air. ;)
