when ever I fantasize about my crush I get these hot flashes and my heart rate speeds up, do guys experience this too when just thinking about a girl?

Im not sure what you mean by hot flashes but yes when I see the girl I like my heart rate increases and I get nervous, I have to calm myself down before talking to her or my mind runs blank. Its nothing sexual with me anyways

Girls can orgasm just by thinking about sex. Men can't. We have to be actually "doing it" to orgasm
