i prefer a moderate pitched voice, nothing too extreme. can be moderately high or moderately low, I don't really mind. but what I really hate is when girls try to change the way the speak from their natural tone. such as some girls who try to act 'authoritative' by adopting a lower voice even though they're some petite girl with a naturally high voice (trying to overcompensate for something I guess).. and same goes for the opposite, I simply HATE girls who always use a whiny tone. so its not only about the pitch its also about the context and expression that goes along with it.

Well to be honest, I really don't find much appeal with a deep pitched voice, but I don't have much appeal with a woman with a excessively high "squeaky" pitched voice either. My preference would lean toward the middle part of the higher pitched area of the spectrum.
I don't think its solely the pitch, but also how the girl/woman speaks. If she is intelligent, challenges him, has a cute accent (which the opinion of cute will very from guy to guy),and does not excessively use the word like in every single sentence, will all factor into why a guy likes a girl's voice.
i think guys like high-pitched voices, but not like too high to the point where it gets annoying. However some guys think that a woman with a somewhat low voice is sexy. It just depends on the guy I guess:)
Subconsciously, men are attracted to women with higher pitched voices. But it never hurts to pull out lower pitched noises when say, having sex. Nothing is sexier.

Yeah. A higher pitched voice (not so high that it becomes a screech) is more feminine and attractive. But most women have higher pitched voices anyways, so of course that men are going to be more attracted to higher pitched voices, according to the study.
I tend to like lower pitched voices, I guess it makes me think they are more mature. I also like tall girls which probably has something to do with it. I dated a girl for 2 years that was 6ft 2in which is only an inch shorter than me. I tend to like them to be about 6ft tall
I don't think I do. Unless it's really deep, I don't think that'll affect me that much. Though too high of a voice where it starts to sound squeaky can also be a problem.
But in the end I think it's very unlikely I would lose interest in a girl solely because of how her voice sounds.Depends on the level of femininity a guy likes in a girl. Guys who like girls who are really girlie will like girls with significantly higher voices than guys who like tomboys. There are exceptions to this rule, but that's the general idea.
I tend to be attracted to a bit higher pitched voices, because they just feel a bit more feminine. VoiceOfReason said it really well, middle of higher pitched spectrum.
Yes, it's true. I love girls who got high-pitched voices, they are so feminine and pleasant!
..low-pitched voices sound stupid and they're a turn-offIm a girl and I think girls with higher voices are prettier so guys must think that too. Its weird when a girl talks and she has a loww voice.
Higher pitched, but it's rare that I find a girl that has a voice I consider very deep.
All I'd rather is there shall be a voice coming out and it be rational.
It's pretty true, I like higher pitched voices, just don't sound like a mouse :P
I don't think it matters much but if I had to choose one or the other I guess I would prefer higher rather than lower.
Lower is better for me, but in reality I don't care about it. I prefer rather good heart. xD
Not like Tiny Tim high. But soft sounding is nice. As long as they don't sound like the Jolly Green Giant.
I've heard that men try to avoid women with a high-pitched voice at any cost.
I would say this is True Yes. Because a woman with a deeper voice has a masculine appeal about her. This doesn't necessarily make her masculine though.
I seem to be more attracted to girls with high-pitched voices.
low pitched is sexy. Like Emma Stone ;)
It doesn't matter to me. Voices aren't a big deal.
