Should I talk to girls at swimming pool?

I saw a pretty girl in bikini at the swimming pool. She was sitting in the concrete wall. I look in her direction, she look in my direction for few minutes.

Should I move next to her to talk to her? Or she will not appreciate?

Does swimming pool is a good place to meet women?

I tried many times last years, but they already have a boyfriend or they don't respond.

I have a nice body and I shine with the sunscreen.

its fine to approach her and talk to her, just don't be creepy. if you go over to her and are obviously oogling at her chest, she'll think you're a perv. If you talk to her and seem interested in getting to know her, she'll be pleased.

if a hot guy came up to me while I was wearing a bikini and started to make suggestive remarks, I would still be creeped out. and even if it happened to be a guy that I already had a crush on, if he said creepy things I would assume he's a player who only wants to have sex with me and I would not be interested.

bottom line: don't be creepy no matter what you look like

go up to her and ask her if she has suntan lotion or something then see how much interests she put in what you are saying, if she's nice keep talking to her and ask her to put some on your back. then you can ask for her number.
