Flirty Chiropractor?

I've been going to a Chiropractor for a few months now, he's somewhat Bohemian or earthy so I try to take that into consideration. However he's made comments about my hair , even telling me I looked pretty on one visit, but I just took the compliment and said thank you and continued as if it had never been said, but the somewhat odd thing was that on my last visit he helped me put on my coat and when I was about to take my hair from under my coat he did it for me while facing me. I busied myself with buttoning my coat while he did it so I didn't have to look up at him. Also he's married and his wife helps run the practice. Was this just a gentleman thing to do or has he gone past his acceptable boundaries, aside from this his vocal compliments just sound matter of fact, so I'm not sure if he's like that with all his patients and very free with his comments or is it something more
