I have deep tension in the back of my lower head and neck that's causing headaches and insomnia. This is all stress related. Should I see a chiropractor or get a deep tissue massage?
Will a chiropractor cracking those areas solve the issue?

It's possible that seeing a chiropractor or getting a deep tissue massage could help alleviate your symptoms, but it's important to first identify the underlying cause of your tension and headaches.
Stress can cause tension in the muscles of the neck and shoulders, which can lead to headaches and difficulty sleeping. In some cases, this tension can also cause misalignment or subluxation of the spine, which a chiropractor may be able to help correct.
However, it's important to note that chiropractic adjustments should only be done by licensed professionals and should not be performed on the neck without proper training and experience. Manipulation of the neck can cause serious injury, so it's important to choose a qualified and experienced chiropractor if you decide to pursue this option.
A deep tissue massage can also be helpful for relieving muscle tension and promoting relaxation. It's important to choose a licensed massage therapist who has experience working with clients who have tension headaches or other stress-related issues.
In addition to these treatments, it's important to address the underlying causes of your stress and tension. This may involve lifestyle changes such as practicing relaxation techniques, getting regular exercise, and seeking support from a therapist or counselor.
It's a good idea to talk to your doctor or a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance on the best treatment options for your specific symptoms and needs.
you don't need to see a chiropractor for this. This is muscle tension, so you need to get the muscle relaxed, which involves yoga, or a deep tissue massage.
Stretch, and massage the muscles.
A good exercise you can do, which very good, is find some where you can just hang down and your feet don't the floor, that is a very good stretch for the back. this exercise cured all my back pain and tension.
feet don't touch the floor ^^
try and hold this stretch for as long as you can, for 20-30 seconds. Everyone I have told this exercise, has actually said it works for their back.
my mum back pain and shoulder tension has improved since doing this exercise.
My uncle says there is a significant risk the chiropractor could miscalculate your situation and make the case worse. It’s why non invasive methods should be used if possible.
Really but I've seen all of the videos they relieve headaches etc
Google dr berg on tension headaches
See your Primary First to Have Him Prescribe a Specialist Next. Something else could be Wrong. Then decide with a Specialist if Need be. xxoo

It sounds like we have the same problem. I've seen 2 different chiropractors. Neither of them helped me. The pain in my neck radiates up the back of my head, over my right ear and across my forehead. It gets so bad that I get migraines
No, you shouldn't see a chiropractor.
Why?
It’s up to you and what you can afford.
Maybe a dr
Go for it
See a physio
