Is it tacky to send flowers to a girl you don't really know?

If you've never been formally introduced to someone, but you see each other around, is it ok to send flowers as a way to introduce yourself?

I think if you see her around here and there that she has been bound to notice you and so I think sending flowers is a creative way to introduce yourself and get her attention its flirty but yet not to weird keep it cute and simple flowers like a daisy or carnation and when she has them and you see her with them be sure to go up and spark up conversation good luck!

That is a very tricky question. I'm gonna say that it all depends on the type of girl she is. You should get someone to ( a friend of hers) to ask her if she got flowers from a guy she didn't know that well would she get crept out or would she think that its thoughtful? But I would go with the flowers. Its really thoughtful and nice.

Sure, send her some flowers. Go with something nice like a lily or daisy or carnations or something to that affect (just not roses because that would be coming on too strong) and of course sign your name and leave your #. How bold and brave of you....!

Maybe not 3 or 4 younger since guys are always already a little less mature than girls but definitely not 8 years. That's too long because the girl already has acquired so much growth, strength, and wisdom than the guy in question.

I think its a good way to get her attention, and show her you are interested in her. I think most girls enjoy getting flowers from a guy. I wouldn't send any kind of roses, because that's usually a very emotional thing, and you should get to know her better before you do that.

No I think that's kinda cheesy or too corny. Some girls don't like that. Maybe you should just introduce yourself by talking to her then when you know her more,then that's the time you give her flowers. Suggestion. You should give her yellow and red. (friendship and love). Lol.
