Should I let my crush know I find him cute?

he's a little shy, quite guy. I tried to spark up a convo with him sooo many times but i just couldnt find how to do it since he's super shy. Sometimes he lookst me all day and i feel like he ikes me but somedays he doesn't acknowledge me at all. I just want him to know at this point but I don't know if itll make everything worse or better. I mean he's really tricky because somedays he looks and stares and somedays its like wow who the hell am I -.- i have a friend who can talk to him but theyre not super close. Should i get my friend to tell him I think he's cute so I KNOW if he's interested or not. Or would that just ruin everythibg

No because then he'd find out. Just start up a simple convo like hey. Or ask him a homework or work question. Then while you guys are talking get his number. If he's too shy say oh well I don't get this homework problem or work problem could I get your number so we can work on it? Then start getting to know each other more. Because guys open up a lot more through text rather than in person. This may seem hard at first but trust me it's not. I've done it before and it's never as bad as you think.

Don't feel embarrassed if he rejects you. Someone will get a crush on someday and we'll all be ok in the end. The only risky thing is if he tell all his friends that you asked him out and makes fun of you. Then this isn't a guy you want to ask out.

From my personal experience, letting a crush know you like them only works out good when you know the person you are crushing on. The person you are crushing on is someone you have already met, is from your circle of friends, or you are around them a lot like at work.

Ok then, you two have connected on some level if you were exchanging stares. Just introduce yourself first and then leave the conversation by saying something like "Hopefully talk to you more later or when we see each other in the hallway from now on?"

Never reveal your crush in the first two conversations. You want to get him interested and thinking about you as part of his daily routine first.

From my experience, the best time to reveal your crush is on the first or second date. People are more successful when they get the date first, then revealing the crush. Seriously.

So ask him "do you want to hang out sometime?". Then, if the date is going well, then reveal your crush and ask if he feels the same of not.
