3 Simple and Healthy Treats for Halloween

Halloween is coming up. Children will dress up in costumes and beg for sweet treats at different houses. In case children ever come to your house, you may do two things. The first thing is to turn off all the lights and pretend you are not at home. The second thing is to give away something on Halloween. Here are ideas.

Treats on Halloween

Fruit Bites

Cut assorted fruits into bite-size pieces. Arrange on a plate. Use a fork to spear each piece of fruit. Use a knife to slide the fruit onto each child's palm.

Pumpkin Seeds

Roast pumpkin seeds in the oven. Arrange on a plate. Use a spoon to slide seeds onto each child's palm.

Pistachio Nuts

Cut a small opening of the pistachio nut bag. Sprinkle some nuts into each child's palm.
