i love pavlova - meringue based cake
and red velvet

and in my country, the most popular cake now is "pandan gula melaka" - it's a pandan leaves cake, with coconut flakes inside, salted buttercream and melted coconut palm sugar on the outside. it similar taste with our traditional dessert (mostly bath in the palm sugar and coconut milk) It's definitely the best cake to describe my country - Malaysia
