I like any cake with high quality icing, softness and reasonable concern for calories and health even though you might never find a cake that is totally healthy. Today I had a dinner with some guests at my house and I was craving cake cause this is the first time in years where I had a barbecue and there was no cake or dessert afterwards. There is always coffee and cake after every family barbecue at our house.

  Cool. The one I have is none-bake, I think you just put it in the fridge once everything is sorted. Whatever works though I guess. I work out though and we don't make it often, thankfully, but it's so easy for me to get carried away, especially as I get hungry at night.
