Can cheesecake make you constipated?

Ik this is random but I tried looking it up and nothing came. I ate half a cheese cake the other day and then ate the other half the next day. Now I’m constipated af.

Likely it has nothing to do with the cheesecake but the fact that you did not consume enough dietary fiber, drink enough water, perhaps have not exercised enough, or are feeling stressed.
