Looks good. Typical cold cheesecake with fruit juice jelly on the top. I just make harder biscuit on the bottom, that one in this cake looks more sandy.
200g sugar powder, 200 wheat flour type 450, 200g butter, 1 egg. it's optimal recipe for biscuit
