Nope, the more pickles, the better. I remove onions and tomatoes though.

I love pickles and could eat pickles on their own, but I try to eat them very sparingly, because, while pickles are packed with probiotics (mind you, the ones they sell in most stores are NOT fermented, so they don't even give you that). they also are very high in sodium. One pickle can be half of your day's recommended sodium level.
I want more pickles, not remove them! :-D That's one of my favorite parts to a burger. I like that kind of taste along with mustard and jalapeño. I'm more of a "mustard and pickles" type than like "ketchup and mayo".
