What should I do? I don’t know what to buy for my brother Graduation?

I already know the food is going to be good. I am making carne asada n a very fresh salad with Mac n chesse. I need to buy drink and snacks and cake. I also need a decoration. I don’t know what to get for the decoration. I think I’ll just get red and blue balloons! And table cloth and I want make it different so paper lantern so we can sit outside and chill. I still haven’t got him a gift... maybe a care package with stuff he already likes... p. s. I haven’t slept and I have to be up in 3 hours for class...
