Do you like the mushy gooey part of turkey?

Not sure what it's called. My mom hates it but it's the only part of turkey I really like. Maybe my body knows I need more fat in my system. 🤷 How do you feel about it?

I don't know what your talking about. I have never come across that part. Personally I prefer the white meat.

I like the dark meat cause I dry out every turkey I get my hands on and my Great Aunt is the only one who can make a turkey and it's moist.

Most of turkey is dry, but closer to the outside of the turkey, there's some wet and mushy stuff. It might be fat

Okay. I will have to examine a turkey next time I get a whole one. This year we didn't have a full bird; just slices of meat.

I prefer white meat on poultry. I also prefer lean cuts on all of my meat. I can not eat anything with too much fat it makes me gag.
