I usually stuff the duck and put it out it on the smoker. It falls off the bone about 5 hours on 250, plus basting on the hour.

Really, for the most part, I like roasted anything. Duck included. I avoid friend, and Duck is great meat.

duck is an acquired taste. you need some kind of sauce thats sweet to go with it for it to be good.
