What your favorite Pizza?

It's National Margarita Day today and that means we get to celebrate the tequila cocktail. Am not thinking tequila now , am thinking margherita🍕
Instead of concentrating on my work, my mind has wandered off to my favorite pizza. My perfect Margherita with tiny basil leaves, garlic sprinkles, bright delicious tomato sauce , nice crust with semolina dusting on the bottom, crispy crust on the edge and softness in the middle.
Thank God my friends brought home some henkell trocken sparkling wine and pizzas 😋for us😅

I’m not sure what it’s called in America but in Canada it’s called a Canadian Pizza from Pizza but. It’s basically tomato sauce with a layer of bacon and pepperoni on top of that and a thick coating of cheese onto of the bacon and pepperoni layer. Than on top of the thick cheesy layer, there are chopped mushrooms and more pepperoni and green peppers and cut up chunks of pork. Super super tasty. I also like the taste of the bread crust because it has a sweetened taste, maybe from the oil or maybe they put sugar in the bread.

I think my favorite pizza i've had was... not in italy. It was a small place in Montreal, wood burning oven/thin crust, had some type of calabrese salami, home made hot sauce, truffle over a tomato/mozza/basil topped thin crust.

If i recall correctly i drank a valpolicella with it.

I have three favorite pizzas, tuna pineapple, chanterelles with onions and sweet creme, Flammkuchen (tarte flambee). Last one is officially not a pizza but it's made the same way.
