Which country and which area has the best cuisine?

Different areas have different strengths in cuisine due to natural forces, crop availability, and climate.

India has a very strong use of spices in their cuisine due to many cultivated spices originating from that region, conversely they don't use as many herbs because herbs don't last in humid hot environments.
Japan being an island nation has a strong seafaring culture as such their cuisine pups heavily from the ocean bounty

The American south had slavery as such soul food and barbecue partially came from the need of slaves/poor newly freed former slaves to feed th mselves with the scraps and undesirable cuts of meat.

Pick and choose what you like best no region is the best cuisine is the culmination of many natural and unnatural factors.

I like Szechuan food which is a locale in China, I also like Tianjin food which is a large city 30 minutes from Beijing by train in China and I like sea food in Miami and Newfoundland and British Columbia and Boston and I like the Chinese buffets in New York.

To be at the level of cuisine, only French and Japanese food has that level of finese and skill. Other food types, like Italian of British say get up to very good - but never up to cuisine level of sophistication.

I chose the US because we are the most diverse country in the world. You can get anything as far as food is concerned here and it is authentic food. It is what we are about. We are the melting pot of people and food.

Japanese food is slowly becoming my favorite. I really can't think of anything that tastes better than good sushi. Ramen is super delicious too.
