I’ve never tried smoothie king as far as I remember but I like the chocolate milk shake at McDonalds - I remember reading the ingredients are not real though. I don’t remember whether it’s the chocolate that’s fake or the milk that’s fake. For a regular thing I prefer their orange shake because your less likely to get sick of it, Too much of the orange milk shake and it begins to taste bad.

No, I did not know that. But $5 is a hell of a lot of money for a smoothie. They're like, $2 to $3 at normal places. I've never been to a Smoothie King before, so I can't judge which one I'd like.

I make my own.

Pineapple, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1/2 pint of milk and Ice which I crush.

You can sub the pineapple for any fruits, or toffee, etc.

It depends which flavor. It's mostly fruits and vegetables some proteins and then ice.
