Nope. #1 A good cook always tastes their own food first or at the very least understands that nobody else has to if they're not willing to. #2 After she eats it I'd wait a day or two and see what happens. People usually don't become expert in something their first time. I'm not going to be her experiment.

If we just started dating, and I didn't see the shrooms before hand, hell no.

I'm familiar with what chanterelles and morels look like, so if I see them beforehand and know they're safe, or if I know she knows her stuff, sure, I think I'll be fine with it.

No lol she’s usually high and doesn’t know shit about wild mushrooms. The destroying Angel for example looks harmless, but is one of the most toxic ones on earth, and it’s common here. Especially in summer/fall

Depends entirely on how high I'd rank her intellect. If she strikes me to be quite high in intelligence, I'd assume she did enough research beforehand to be confident in what she's doing. Otherwise I probably wouldn't.
