Eating rice can be a pain in the rear no matter what utensil is used.
I use a fork and chase those rascals all over the plate.

It depends what else I'm eating with it. If it's a full dinner, then a fork. Rice by itself, then a spoon.

I had some with my dinner today. Had chicken too. I use a fork because I eat my chicken with a fork too. It may not be as efficient, but switching up utensils constantly is time consuming and I think wastes more in the long run.

If its rice by itself spoon. If the rice is with sesame chicken then it's a fork.

Depends on the dish but generally a spoon, unless it's a Japanese dish which tends to use sticky rice, which I would use chopsticks for.
