For me, long noodles don't belong in soup they make it to difficult to eat with dignity. I like a spoon with bite size pieces or at least soft enough to cut with a spoon.
I selected spoon but it really depends. Most soups I use a spoon. Even for chilis and chowders and such. But for ramen and other dishes I might use a combination of fork, spoon, chopsticks, etc. It really depends on the specific dish in front of me.

Usually a spoon. If it's something like ramen, I always use a fork.
Spoon unless it's ramen or pho, then I'll use chopsticks also.
Depends on what kind. Forks are especially good for noodles, but not the smaller things.
