It looks like it might have turmeric or curry or cream and those are all things I enjoy in a meal so I think yes, it looks tasty, I also like the soft texture and use to eat sushi every week for the texture, it tasted good but I was more interested in how soft it was.

Roasted bell peppers, tomatoes and sweet corn. The white sauce has mixed herbs, asafoetida, chilli powder and nutmeg. No cheese. I only had cheddar on hand, and it would have made the sauce too rich for my liking at that moment. I do love pasta with cheese sauce though. Just wasn't feeling it when I had made this.

Tbh I have no idea what type of pasta this is 😂 I made a béchamel sauce with paprika and a few other seasonings and then I added roasted peppers and tomatoes along with some sweet corn and then added the cooked spaghetti
