No cake, since that had to stay in the fridge. But I would hide the last cookies, granola bars, chocolate, candy, etc, because my dad had this habit of sleep eating in the middle of the night. He'd get up and eat a whole row of cookies or bag of chips. He never even remembered doing it. So if I wanted to make sure there was some left over, I had to hide stuff
