Of the two, sprite but, as they're both made by Coke, it doesn't matter. I don't drink ANYTHING made by Coke anymore because is severely fucks up my stomach!!! Whatever the hell garbage they put in their shit, I drink it and run to the toilet for a violent half hour long session of spewing gallons of Hershey squirts!!!

Coke. Seems more complicated with the 7x. It's hard to accurately recreate Cola at home and costs a fortune to get started without a cola extract. A reasonable Sprite mimic is not so hard (lime or lemon juice, sparkling water, boatload of sugar).
