A local Mexican restaurant makes a fantastic brisket taco, soft shell tortilla.

I don't care for crunchy, corn tortillas.

I like fish tacos with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, creme sauce, and hot salsa on flour tortillas.

I've had lobster tacos before and could frickin' live on them.

I like seasoned, ground beef, lettuce, chopped onions, and rich, hot salsa on flour tortillas. Or shredded beef barbacoa instead of ground beef.

Anything more interesting is a treat. I used to go to a taco truck that had Mexican-Korean fusion. OMG it was good!

I like the beef soft tacos from Taco Bell, I recently found a Pinterest image that suggests over 10 different spices go into a traditional Mexican taco which is why they taste so much better than the beef tacos made at home without the premixed stuff they sell at grocers.

I like cabeza, barbacoa and al pastor. I got adventurous with tacos a while back. Now your typical ground beef taco is pretty much boring. So taco night for me is searching out a taco truck that serves authentic tacos.

During the summer there is a taco truck that parks in front of gas station 3 blocks from my house during lunchtime. They are so good. Perfectly seasoned ground beef, fresh tortillas, and the sauce is to die for.

Shrimp tacos. There was a little Mexican place not far from my old office and every Tuesday four of us (we all hired on at basically the same time) would go there for lunch. We kept that going for well over twenty years.

There are several Mexican stores in my town that sell tacos. My favorite tacos are beef tongue, barbacoa this is the cow head cooked with the brains too, trippa or beef stomach, and the regular fajita beef tacos. I like sliced avocado on my tacos too and the green tomitilito hot sauce. In the morning for breakfast I like eggs, beans and chorizo with the green hot sauce. I like the flour tortillas better than corn.
