What do you think of people who eat out all of the time?

As someone who went through that phase
It’s that I need to learn cooking and be willing to screw up recipes till I can cook better and find ones tht I enjoy


Eating out for me has been a bad habit and I gained a lot of weight for that

I also felt my worst during those time

It shows for me at least where I am mentally. If I am feeling depressed and unmotivated that would be a pattern

Jealous because keto salad and chicken so good at places but expensive and home cooking take too long takes 30 min just to eat in 10 min
