Those all look very nice to me! I think I'm most interested in trying Sarma since stuffed cabbage is very popular here in Japan but we don't ferment the leaves and often serve in a soup (ex: tomato soup). We call ロールキャベツ (ro-ru kyabetsu or basically "rolled cabbage").

Arabaşı soup is also catching my eye! It sounds so simple with its ingredients but I love thickened soups using a roux and the idea of eating together with the batter on the side is very interesting to me.
One recurring ingredient I'm seeing in lots of these dishes is tomato. I'm a tomato junkie and so I'd probably love most of them.
the food is definitely for you, i hope you eat all of them as soon as possible🤗

Manti or Mantu as I know it is Afghani, no? Anyway I live for mantu. I can't get it where I am now and didn't even miss it until you put it up here so, thanks. Thanks a lot.
Anyway, all Turkish food is legit in my opinion. I love Japanese food more though.
Hiç Türk yemeği yememiş olmama rağmen, her şey güzel görünüyor ve bu yemeklerin hepsini denerdim.
Denemelisinn
Have only had Salma but those all look delicious, I'd definitely give them a try.
I would recommend
I don’t believe I’ve eaten these foods before but they look tasty and if I was at a buffet, I would probably sample almost all of them, I’ve had vine leave desserts before and loved it.
Most of the balkans call sarma their national dish or something along those lines, so I know it. It's pretty much the only dish I have experience with.
Lahmacun is really delicious, but I don't really like the turkish kitchen overall. There are few really good dishes but that's it.
Iskender disinda hepsi cok lezzetli. Sirdan da cok guzel
Türk müsün?
Yani öyle olduğumu düşünüyorum ama memleket açısından rumluk da olabilir
I'd just assume they're all packed with spices. I love over seasoned food

Seems yummy 😋 that lahmacun looks like Indian bread.
Never tried Turkish food, but Id give all those dishes a go.

That Sarma thing looks like the epitome of a vegan egg roll

Haha Türk kardeşliği 🇹🇷
Is it a coincidence that a lot of the food items look like explosive devices?
It depends on the quality of sausage if it’s a high grain all sausage instead of fillers and other meats
I haven't had as much experience with Turkish foods, but looks great!
