This reminds me of a comedy bit where the comedian explains a server explaining the menu to a person who's never had Mexican food and the guy asked what a burrito was and the server said a flour tortilla, with meat cheese and vegetables. And then the person asked what a enchilada was. And the server said, it's a flour tortilla with meat, cheese, and vegetables. And then the person asked what a taco was. And then the server said it's a... LOOK! It's all the same! 🤣

They're all good (if mostly the same food in slightly different shapes). But I voted for nachos, because October 21st is the International Day of the Nacho, which sounds reasonable in Spanish, which has no direct possessives, but in English sounds like the title of a horror movie, where a giant nacho stalks the land, devouring people, until the government creates and releases an enormous stoner to fight it.

This is not to be confused with November 6th, which is National Nacho day in the US, or any of the other days of the year, which will ALSO be National Nacho days in various other countries, as soon as I can find a way to make it work and persuade them. That way, it will ALWAYS be nacho time! MWAHAHAHAHA!

Actually - none of the above. I don't eat Mexican. Nothing against it; just doesn't appeal to me. It probably doesn't help that spicy foods give me terrible indigestion - always has. I'm mainly a meat and potatoes kind of guy - and nothing too fancy, at that.

I can't choose.
I'll say I can remove Fajitas and enchiladas from contention... I do care for those a little less but I cannot choose between tacos, burritos and nachos. I love them all too equally to pick.

Fajitas are delicious. I almost like quesadillas better because of the melted cheese but I don’t eat them as often because they’re not very good for me.

I stopped visiting a restaurant when they got rid of their quesadillas since that was one of two main things I used to order together when I visited, I love that.
