Meats, toppings, sauces.
Ohhhhhhh. Can I write you a research paper on my love for tacos? It will be peer reviewed and cited perfectly.

So my family has all conducted different studies each in our own way on the proper toppings and order of said toppings. I topically do lettuce then rice or beans and then beef with just the enough cheese on top to keep it all together and then I add salsa, sour cream, and whatever other toppings I’m feeling. I saw a friend put pineapple on hers not to long ago and I was like “hold up. How? Why? What?”
Flour tortilla. Seasoned ground beef, carne asada, fish, shrimp or lobster. Some shredded lettuce or cabbage, pico de gallo, lots of hot salsa, a bit if cilantro, and lots of shredded cheese.
I get way more creative with burritos. I usually prefer them over tacos.
I like chicken, black beans, refried beans, grilled tofu, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cooked bell peppers, guacamole/avocado, corn, cheese, sour cream, and whatever else. I just don't like taco meat.

Meat/cheese if from Taco Bell. Meat/corn if homemade
The works!
I'd rather just dump it all in a taco salad shell, than a regular Taco shell because the salad shell has room for lots of toppings! I usually add taco meet, avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped romaine (or shredded romaine if it's just a regular hard-shell), black olives, salsa, cheese, jalapeños, sour cream, Taco sauce, green onions.
Come on... I can't answer this honestly. I'd get banned. I pack tacos with my meat. Good chance I leave some sour cream.
I usually have the norm, ground beef tacos, hot sauce, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream. Gotta have that sour cream in a taco. I loved shrimp, didn't really like the fish taco. Chicken is always good. Buffalo or moose was my favorite though. Tough choice between the two.
Heavily seasoned ground beef, or carne asada, or a good dark mean chicken. Lettuce, tomato (or a fresh pico de gallo), either cheddar or mexican-blend cheese, sour cream.
I simply like ground beef, various cheeses, sour cream, tomatoes, black olives, hot salsa or hot sauce.
Occasionally, I'd switch the beef with seafood (especially lobster) and add capers.

Beef tongue, onion, cilantro, and salsa verde.
Gotta be a real taco. No ground beef. Actual diced steak perfectly seasoned. Red onions. Shredded romaine lettuce. Queso fresco. Sour cream. Fresh cilantro. A few shakes of smoked Chipotle hot sauce.
Chicken, or ground beef. Cheddar cheese. Guacamole, sour cream.
Meat, cheese, guacamole, onions, lettuce, salsa, more cheese, hot sauce and that's about it.
It depends on the taco. Authentic tacos need nothing more than cilantro and onion. Gringo tacos I like cheese, sour cream, maybe some guac. For carnitas just pickled onions
Shredded beef, cheese, tomato, avocado and salsa.
