NY-style pepperoni pizza. I haven't eaten it in years but I loved it so much when I was in the US.

  Also maybe sushi. I think outside of Japan, most people don't consider sushi to be junk/fast food. Yet in Japan, it usually is unless it's a particularly fancy sushi restaurant. The most common type here is kaitenzushi with a conveyer belt:
