October 21st is International Nacho Day. But it's Spanish (as Anaya himself was), and Spanish doesn'n have direct possesives, so it's literally "international day of the nacho", which in English sounds like a horror movie. A film about an enormous nacho that stalks the land, devouring people, until the government stops it by releasing a giant stoner.
