McDonald's or Taco Bell?

If you had to eat at any one of these restaurants for the rest of your life which one would you pick?

It wouldn't matter. They both offer a very detailed nutrition breakdown of their food. So, you could do much better there than in the grocery store. Food indistry does not have to tell you everything that is in their product. Often their labels are misrepresentations - like Vegan chicken eggs? LMAO. Chickens don't eat meat. Cage, range free is all a ploy. Pasture raised is what you want.
So its hard to be clear what you are paying extra for in the grocery store, but at McD and TB you can read their nutrition info online and be pretty close.

McDonald’s is always completely focused on quantity. Never quality. That’s literally their entire business strategy. It’s unfortunately impossible to have both. That’s why McDonald’s is famous for being inexpensive. Their food is practically worthless.

Okay, I'll pick 'McDonalds', simply because in Australia we don't have 'Taco Bell' (although I think we still do have 'Taco Bill' - is that the same?).

I think Taco Bell tastes so much better but I go to McDonald’s more cause it’s cheaper and I can visit a drive through which is safer than Taco Bell since there is no drive through for the one I visit.

never tried either before... but I think I would rather go with McDonalds because everything in Taco Bell seems to have INSANE amounts of cheddar cheese which is something I am not used to because we never use it in the Mexican cuisine... lol

McDonald's, but only because of their breakfast sandwiches and coffee. That's all I ever really get from them. I haven't eaten at Taco Bell since... man, probably high school.

I occasionally get drive through at each one... Taco Bell is actually right across the street from the local McDonalds, and is the one I go to more often, maybe 60/40.

I’d pick McDonald’s because they are in more locations globally. Would need to cook the meals myself and bring them into the restaurant but shouldn’t be a big deal if forced.
