I like both equally but I like orange juice a lot. I do like banana milk though which is milk mixed with sliced bananas in the blender.

Oranges! I like to freeze them & thaw some overnight in the firdge. That way when it comes time to eat them before my workout the next day, they'll be perfect. So all I gotta do is take those balls out & plop em in my mouth.
