As for me today was the first time I had a soda in months & this afternoon I was in the mood for a burger & I stopped by a bar in my area & had a fully loaded breakfast burger & the bartender asked if I wanted a drink & I said make it a coke.

I don't drink soda pop because of the insane amounts of sugar and sodium in them. I prefer fruit flavored sparkling water that is calorie free, sugar free and sodium free.
I actually have a crazy obsession with soda but i'm quite good at control. I have a can every once in awhile or at parties which I rarely go to.
You should try herbal infusions. I drink mostly those and milk or carbonated water if that counts as soda.

I used to drink soda almost every day, now I only do it once or twice a month. The rest of the time I drink water, tea, milk or sparkling water.
I have a soda every once in a while. My main beverage is coffee. I like it hot or iced.
