Black, strong and no sweetener. I have hated milk since I was old enough to say yuk! I loath sugar as well.

With cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon toast crunch seasoning. And if I really wanna make it nasty, add a bit of protein powder to it. Soooo to be clear

Coffee= creamer+cinnamon toast crunch/twix seasoning
Coffee= protein+ CTC/Twix seasoning
