Fast food restaurant. I used to have stomach problems from bad diet. Frequent stomach pain and even had to be taken to the hospital due to non-stop stomach pain for three days. I got fed up with it and just said to myself "I am never eating at McDonalds or Burger King or anything similar ever again". And it's the best life-changing decision I ever made.

We have an Italian chain here called Eastside Mario's; it's pretty bad too.

This is a really interesting question. I'm very nervous to eat at restaurants that are buffet type restaurants because of germs. So I don't think I'd eat at a Golden Corral.
