My daughter and I have been making white bread lately. I think it’s a good skill to have as the price of prepared food keeps going up. Thanks Joe!
And processed (American) cheese, it's the only place I use it
Wheat is my go to but Italian bread is delicious. Try adding pesto! Tomatoes, Munster cheese, onion, spinach! It’s delicious!
Whatever is in the cupboard but a thick slab of sourdough is best
