My daughter and I have been making white bread lately. I think it’s a good skill to have as the price of prepared food keeps going up. Thanks Joe!

It’s a cycle that’s unavoidable when it comes to an economy. We have it a lot easier here in the US compared to more under developed or more poverty run countries. Plus making your own bread isn’t that bad it’s a skill that’s worth having in my opinion

And processed (American) cheese, it's the only place I use it

Wheat is my go to but Italian bread is delicious. Try adding pesto! Tomatoes, Munster cheese, onion, spinach! It’s delicious!
